Before joining a meeting:

1. Click your profile picture, then click on Settings.
2. In the left menu bar, click on the Virtual Background tab.
3. To add your own image or video, click the + icon to upload from your computer.

After joining a meeting:

1. At the bottom of the client, click the up arrow next to Stop Video.
2. Select Change Virtual Background.
3. To add your own image or video, click the + icon to upload from your computer.

Before joining a meeting:

1. Go to Google Meet select a meeting
2. On the bottom right of your self view, click Apply visual effects
3. Click “Upload a background image”

After joining a meeting:

1. Hover over your self-view tile
2. Click Apply visual effects
3. Click “Upload a background image”

Before joining a meeting:

1. While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, turn on your camera and select Background filters.
2. To use an image of your own, select Add new and then select one to upload from your computer.

After joining a meeting:

1. Go to the top of your meeting screen and select More actions  > Video effects
2. To use an image of your own, select Add new and then select one to upload from your computer.
