What we stand for

    We show up, in person.
    We're not a remote shop, and we don't apologize for it. The best ideas here happen between desks, over lunch, in a quick "come look at this for a sec." We're in the office because we actually like being around each other. It helps that we sit in one of the best office spots in Denmark.

    We treat people like adults.
    In person is our default, not a leash. We don't count hours or watch the clock. Do work you're proud of, be good to the people around you, and the rest sorts itself out. Need a few weeks working from abroad or a Friday for a passion project? Go.

    We hire for curiosity, not just a CV.
    The thing that started this place in 2015 is still the thing we look for. People who ask good questions, who'd rather build and test something than argue about it in a meeting, who genuinely care how the work turns out. Your title matters less than that.

    We look after people when it counts.
    Pension, health insurance, six weeks off, and a team that has your back when life gets heavy. We'd rather you be a whole person than a busy one.

    A day a month to learn whatever you want
    Every month, a full day to dig into new tools, ideas, and tech. Full-timers get a learning budget too, for courses, conferences, or whatever makes you better.

    Everyone needs to properly switch off. You get six weeks a year to do exactly that.
