We sketch out the structure
Before diving into visual design, we create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes. This helps align the team and validate ideas before investing time in polish.

We test with real people
Feedback beats assumptions. We put prototypes in front of users early and often — gathering insights that shape the design and reduce guesswork. This can be done in various ways; qualitative user interviews or remote user testing.
