We are delighted to announce that Kvalifik is strengthening its leadership with a new co-owner, Rebecca Busk. Managing Partner Søren Boesen is also increasing his ownership stake. Daniel Riegels, co-founder of Kvalifik in 2015, is selling his shares after a gradual withdrawal since 2021 and an impending move to the USA. He is also stepping down as chairman of the board. Nils Abdi-Andersen, a former employee, has also sold his shares as part of the restructuring.
Rebecca has been a part of Kvalifik since February 2021. She has lived in the USA for many years, where she competed at an elite level in rowing and earned an MBA from the University of Louisville. She brings extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, management, and business development, both as an independent consultant and as a marketing manager. In 2021, she joined Kvalifik and has since led some of the company's flagship projects. Since the beginning of the year, she has been part of the daily management alongside Søren Boesen.

Rebecca will hold the title of Partner and Commercial Director, focusing on optimizing Kvalifik's internal processes while remaining closely engaged with Kvalifik's clients, guiding them into the future with well-executed digital solutions.

We are on an incredibly exciting journey where I can combine my passion for innovation with my international experience from my years in the USA and my goal of creating sustainable growth. My primary focus remains ensuring that we continue to deliver at the highest level and support our clients' growth through robust digital strategies and innovative solutions. I look forward to continuing the collaboration with Søren and the extremely talented team here in Frederiksberg."
