We’re proud to share that Rebecca Busk, Commercial Director and Partner at Kvalifik, has been selected for Berlingske’s Talent 100, a list that highlights 100 young professionals making a difference in Danish business.
Rebecca joined Kvalifik in 2022 and quickly moved into a leadership role. In 2023, she became a partner and today oversees both our commercial strategy and day-to-day operations. Her structured approach and strong business sense have played a key role in helping us reach new milestones over the past few years.
Rebecca has played a central role in turning Kvalifik around from the brink of bankruptcy to achieving a record profit in 2024. Her commercial skills, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic have been crucial to that transformation.
Before entering the digital industry, Rebecca competed on the Danish national rowing team and set five world records. She later earned a scholarship to the University of Louisville in the U.S., where she studied and continued her athletic career. After working in marketing in the U.S. for a couple of years, she returned to Denmark and joined Kvalifik.
