Because the old site could no longer be maintained. Is It A Bird, a strategic innovation agency in Copenhagen, ran its website on obsolete technology and a custom CMS that was hard to manage and expand. Moving to Webflow gave the agency a CMS that is reliable, secure, scalable and easy to maintain, so the site can grow with the business.
No, and there was no reason to force one. Is It A Bird was happy with the design Signifly created five years earlier, so we rebuilt that design in Webflow and kept it. The one part we redesigned was the Services page, because it wasn't explaining Is It A Bird's services or the value of user-centric innovation well enough.
With meticulous planning and execution. When we moved Is It A Bird's website to Webflow, the migration was set up to protect the site's content, functionality, SEO ranking and user experience. That matters for an agency whose website is where it showcases work for companies like Nike, Maersk, Novo Nordisk and Clarins.
It now explains each service and the value it brings. We ran a workshop with Is It A Bird to decide the structure and content of the new Services page, then worked through iterative design proposals until the page matched the agency's goals. The new page has helped Is It A Bird attract and convert new clients.

Is It A Bird found itself facing a challenge with its online presence. The technical foundation for the agency's website was outdated and no longer maintainable. Their website plays an important role in showcasing their services and cases for companies like Nike, Maersk, Novo Nordisk and Clarins. They felt like the site didn't properly communicate their services and the value of user-centric innovation. They therefore wanted us to redesign their service page.
For the rest of the site, they were happy with the overall design done by the talented people at Signifly five years ago, but wanted a solution that was easier to manage and expand than their old custom CMS.
The old website was rebuilt in Webflow, a platform that combines a fully customizable Content Management System (CMS) with dynamic content and strong visual web design tools. The migration required meticulous planning and execution to safeguard the website's content, functionality, SEO ranking and user experience.
We conducted a workshop to determine the structure and content of the new Services page, followed by iterative design proposals. By aligning with Is It A Bird's goals, we created a Services page that perfectly matched their objectives and resonated with their audience.
Throughout the process, we maintained open communication and collaboration, ensuring a smooth and successful website migration and optimization.
